Botanica in Red Hook (not to be confused with Botanica in Manhattan) is a beautiful bar that opened last Summer, which just recently expanded to include a basement party/performance space.  This Saturday, 1/10/09, Prof. Rockwell and DJ Knomad will be taking over!

We'll be bringing you a mix of funk, disco, soul, hip hop, house, and more while you sip on a selection of handmade cocktails or unique and obscure beers.

F or G train to Smith/9th or Carroll St. stops (about a 15 to 20 minute walk from subway)
B77 (which can be picked up at Smith/9th) stops right in front of the bar
B61 (from downtown Brooklyn) stops on nearby Van Brunt
Water Taxi (from Manhattan) or shuttle  (from downtown BK) to Ikea, which is a short walk away
