4W     - Alan, VK1AO will be QRV again as 4W/VK1AO from Timor Leste  from 19
         August to 4 September, including activity from POTA sites  and from
         Mt Ramelau (Tatamailau), the highest peak in  Timor-Leste.  Usually
         he operates mainly FT8 on 40-12 metres. QSL via LoTW, eQSL and Club

         tion.
CN     - Taking part in the annual Youth Day's celebrations,  members of the
         Association Royale des Radioamateurs du Maroc (ARRAM) will be using
         the special prefix 5E61 on 17-25 August, while the national society
         will be running the special event station 5E61FJ. Celebrated on the
         birth day of the reigning monarch (21 August),  Youth Day  (Fete de
         la Jeunesse) is a public holiday  in honour of the contribution  of
         the youth to the Kingdom.
CT7    - Look for Markus, CT7/DJ4EL  to be active during  his daylight hours
         from Insua Island (EU-150) on 9-12 August. QSL via LoTW, Club Log's

ES     - Celebrating  the centenary  of amateur radio  in  Estonia,  special
         event station ES1924TE will be active on 5-18 August. QSL via LoTW,
         eQSL and QRZ Logbook;  bureau cards can be requested on the event's
         website: https://es1924te.erau.ee.
F      - Vitaly, F4WBU will be active as  TM2024PG on  12, 19 and 26 August,
         and  again  from  28 August to 8 September  during the  17th Summer
         Paralympic Games. All QSOs will be confirmed via the bureau.
F      - For the ninth year in a row,  a German team  (DJ5KX, DJ8EI, DK5OPA,
         DL1DCT, DL4MME, DL5KA and DL8KR) will be active as TM0BSM  from the
         lighthouse at Berck-sur-Mer  on  15-18 August.  They will be QRV on
         the HF bands and the QO-100 satellite. QSL via LoTW (preferred), or
         direct to DK5OPA.
F      - Supported by a Dutch  amateur  radio team,  special  event  station
         TM80LM will  be  active  on  15-18 August  to  celebrate  the  80th
         anniversary of the liberation of the village of Le Muy during  WWII
         (16 August 1944). QSL via LoTW and Club Log's OQRS.
FO     - Yann, F1SMB will be active again as FO/F1SMB from  French Polynesia
         between  15 August and 15 September.  His main QTH  will be  Tahiti
         (OC-046), with a side trip to  Fakarava (OC-066).  Usually he oper-
         ates FT8 and SSB  40-10 metres.  QSL via F1SMB  (direct or bureau),
         LoTW, eQSL.
OH0    - OH2BH, OH2GEK, OH2MM  and OH2TA  will be active as  OH0AM  from the
         Aland Islands on 10-11 August.  They will operate CW, SSB  and  FT8
         (also SuperFox)  with  two stations.  QSL via OH2TA.  This activity
         celebrates the 60th anniversary of the OH-DX-Ring (OH2AM),  founded
         on 15 August 1964 by a bunch of young Finns who "soon captured tens
         of CQWW World Records in  multi and single categories and activated
         new & rare DXCC entities in all corners of the world".
         Each of "your band/mode QSOs with OH0AM will bring you one  lottery
         ticket. Just send a note of your QSOs to  oh2...@gmail.com to par-
         ticipate in the lottery". The prizes are 10 copies of "Atlas of QSL
         Cards": authored by Laura Piipar,  daughter of the late OH2BBR (one
         of the OH2AM founders), the book  "will take radio amateur and non-
         amateur readers alike on a fascinating journey through the world of
         DX, guided by her dad's valuable QSL card collection".
OH0    - OH2JIU, OH2MZB,  OH5BM, OH5CW,  OH5CY and OH5CZ  will be active  as
         OG0C from the  Aland Islands (EU-002)  on  11-18 August.  Operating
         from grid square KO09, they will be QRV from 160m to 70cm  CW, SSB,
         FT8/FT4 and RTTY with several stations.  QSL via OH5CW (direct) and
         LoTW.
OK     - OL24YOTA, OL1YOTA, OL2YOTA and OL3YOTA are the special callsigns to
         be used during the YOTA Summer Camp 2024  to be hosted by the Czech
         Radio Club in Prague on 16-23 August.
SV     - Kostas, SV8GGI  and  Vassilis, SV1SXZ  will operate  CW and SSB  as
         J48KLH from Koghi Lighthouse on Salamina Island (EU-075) during the
         International  Lighthouse/Lightship  Weekend  (17-18 August).  QSOs
         will be uploaded to LoTW and Club Log.
VP5    - Randy, K5SL will be active holiday style as VP5/K5SL from Providen-
         ciales (NA-002) on 14-23 August. He will operate CW and SSB on  40-
         10 metres. QSL via home call. [TNX The Daily DX]
W      - Members of the Old Barney Amateur Radio Club will be active as N2OB
         from  "Old Barney",  the Barnegat Lighthouse  on  Long Beach Island
         (NA-111) on  17 August  (13-21 UTC).  Activity  is  expected  to be
         mostly on 20 meters SSB. QSL via N2OO (https://www.oqrs.net/n2oo/).
XE     - Once again special callsign 4A2MAX will be activated on 1-31 August
         in remembrance of  St. Maximilian Maria Kolbe.  Activity will be on
         various bands SSB, CW and digital modes. Born in 1894, Father Kolbe
         (SP3RN) was killed on  14 August 1941  at Auschwitz. QSL via EA5GL;
         QSOs will be uploaded to LoTW, eQSL, QRZ Logbook and Club Log.  See

YB     - Members  of  ORARI Lokal Jakarta Timur (YH0AD)  will be  active  as
         7E79RI from Pari Island (OC-177) on 16-19 August. They will operate
         SSB, CW and FT8  on  160-10 metres  with several stations.  QSL via
         LoTW, eQSL and QRZ Logbook.
