Hector Details

to 417 (City of Bayside) SQN AAFC

I am one of the recruits who recieved their confirmation of enrolment
and Hector / CadetNet details on the last 417sqn meeting before the
school holidays. I was told that to go to the Recruit Training weekend
at the start of Term 2 I must nominate on Hector. But when I checked
my details on Hector, there were a lot of typos and spelling
mistakes.

On the same sheet as our hector numbers, we were told to see a staff
member if our details are incorrect. There is no way of seeing a staff
member over the school holidays, so how can I have my details on
Hector corrected in time to nominate for the Recruit weekend?

It says on hector this.

If any of your details are incorrect or missing, contact your Unit's
ADMINO to have them corrected.

The unit's ADMINO is the CUO. You can contact him via e-mail at admino.
417...@aafc.org.au and remember to address him as Sir and to sign with
your name.

Geoffrey,

There's your answer - the CUO will fix it up if you let him know what
exactly is wrong.
