Okay, I have just faced a massive problem on my website!
I have completed Item 1 and 2, throughout I have shown my evidence so
it is easier for you to read and understand.
Although, I am now unable to upload any more files at ALL!!!!!!!!!! It
has come up with the message saying can not upload file, you have
exceeded your upload limit.
I started deleting photos and reducing the size but I am still unable
to add them back in now.
I still have to put in all the videos, text and pictures for Item 3
and my evidence page.

What do I do?????? Please help!!!!!

Torie,
your google sites has a 100MB limit but that is quite a lot for three items... If you need to exceed this, I suggest creating multiple sites (i.e. one for each item) and link between them,
you could also use a service such as dropbox which has a 2GB limit to store your file resources online, make them public and link to them there. You can also upload any video to youtube and embed or link to that from your sites pages,
regards
Jason

Okay, looks like I will have to make a few websites and link out to
them.
I must be going into a lot more detail then I am supposed to.
Thanks for responding so fast!

To check the usage of your 100MB,
go to your site settings, click on revision history at the page bottom, then on general, current file usage will be on your right,

I realised I am definitely going to have this problem too, so I'm
going to create different web pages as Jason suggested we could do.
This is going to take forever! Sigh...
