Dear Jason,

Thank you so much for guiding us through the experience of qualifying
for our ICT Certificate. I have been looking into how to burn my
ePortfolio onto a CD for safe keeping and also because if I were to
show this at an interview I am aware that you cannot rely on internet
connections etc. For example, I tried to show my teacher my Google
site and could not get it up at school. She had to go home and look at
it. Having this burnt on a disk eliminates such a problem. I am sure
that there must be an uncomplicated way to do this and equally sure
that if there is such a way you will know it. Failing that maybe
someone else in our class has already sorted out how to burn to a CD.

Jolene,
The official way to get the raw data from your sites in XHTML format is using http://code.google.com/p/google-sites-liberation/ but this is for professional importing into another webhosting service and not quite what you would like to do.

Your best bet would be an offline web browser such as http://www.httrack.com/  You need to install the software for this but there are lots of alternatives
