Uploading PowerPoint with Sound

I have tried to find a solution to this problem for some hours now, and it's to no avail.

I have recording a little boy talking over a powerpoint slide he made. I've uploaded this file to YouTube and Slideshare, but the audio won't work. I've saved the file as a .mov, as a .jpeg and nothing picks up the audio.

Jason - have you done this before? What works? It was so easy to do on Powerpoint, now I can't publish the work!!!

Katie,
What you want to do is difficult, PPT with it's internal voice over is
not designed to be turned into a video or shared online via
slideshare. If you want to do this, I suggest you use the screen
capture software (see lecture notes) to record what is occurring on
your screen and recording the sound coming from your speakers into
your microphone (use a quite place and turn the sound right up),

You can also try just sharing your PPT as a file from your website, I
am not certain if this will include the voice over audio when
downloaded but it might,
