Thank you to everyone for submitting your LA2 assignment link, if you have not received a nasty email from me then your assignment has been received and is in the process of marking, while I normally guarantee 3 weeks I should have it back to you earlier (because of the extension I gave you all it needs to be submitted to assessment panels before then).

I do hope that you enjoyed the course and found it worthwhile, it was enjoyable to work with you and I look forward to seeing you in schools, at professional development events, and in *gasp* future university studies :-)

Thank you to all who responded to the SET and SEC surveys, your feedback is always appreciated. If you missed this opportunity, please post comments to the list or email me directly. If you thought my teaching was of an excellent standard, please consider http://www.griffith.edu.au/learning-teaching/awards-grants/griffith-awards-grants-program/griffith-awards-excellence-teaching

I will soon be submitting to Education Queensland those who have met the criteria to be awarded an ICT Pedagogy Certificate and will email you your certificates when available but it can take several months for this to process.

Best of luck with your internships next semester and in your job applications (hopefully this course will give you some edge over your competition),

regards

Jason

P.S. While it will not be high on your agenda at the moment, please let me know in future years when you get jobs, gain promotions, win awards and develop new initiatives, especially around ICT and education. I look forward to showcasing your work with future students and I have no doubt that may of you will become great leaders in education.

Thank you Jason. Has been fantastic. Hope to see you definitely at
future PD events, and will definitely keep you posted!

Was talking with a few other 4th year students this afternoon about
the failed set up of the ACE Student Committee - the general consensus
is that it would be better to set up in 2nd year - maybe you can do
this through your technology subject?
