Gateway in Docker or native + sizing

Hi,

We are in the progress to get 3Scale API Management solution and planning for the activities.

We will use the SaaS solution by Red Hat for portals but API Gateways on premise.

The plan is to start with a few API's while we are learning the product and increase with maturity. Our API consumers are known.

So I am thinking about deployment models - running in Docker (RHEL) or native on RHEL. I have tested a little bit in Docker and it is easy to setup.

What would you prefer for a production installation?

Also to get the first gateways up and running - do you have any sizing recommendation? (CPU, memory,..etc)

I appreciate any input.
