I feel like a good developed model of a learning system is where everyone in the school are treated equal and all the parents are on board with the children's work studies and ethics.
Having a system where everyone is treated equally solves many problems in the school. A child will learn better in a school where everyone is treated equal, them not having to worry about another student being better than them or being put down. That also eliminates bullying and word of discouragement from others. Where there is a school system that's created where everyone can learn at the same pace and also have a growth in learning at the same time is very good. Everyone is on board!
Parents being involved with the school should be a major role. Parents should know what their child is learning, any event that goes on, what homework they get and etc. If more parents are involved im pretty sure things would run smoother.
I agree that learning should always be about the student. The wealth
of a school is important. With more money, you can get better
teachers. This will develop better learners.
I agree that Finland has a great learning and teaching structure, but
some components of the Korean school system should be added to their
system as well.
