[Two C's]

Schools need to get kids wanting to learn and succeed and stop hustling them out of wanting to thrive on their own. They also need better and stricter policies for academics and stop letting kids skim pass on maintaining the 2.0 average gpa to play sports when it needs to be higher. School is like a job and morale, work ethics, and efficiency play a huge role in both so incentives & things that could increase those things, along with productivity should be implemented, carried out and enforced.
