Update on the studio progress

		We've been really busy preparing to hit the studio so we apologize that we haven't been able to update you for a little while. We've been working hard doing pre-production to prepare for recording..tomorrow we begin loading in our equipment and Sunday we begin the actual recording process. We're all really pleased with how the new songs are turning out so far and we think you'll really like them too. As we progress through the production process, we are going to shoot a bunch of video and release a video blog about once a month up until the end. We've also been trying really hard to get some very exciting guest appearances and we've been in contact with their people, so hopefully they'll work out. Of course, we'll let you know as soon as we confirm any of them. ThePier.org Summer sampler which you'll be able do download on August 1st will include a free demo of our new song "Maybe I'm Sorry" which will be on the new album. There are also some other great bands that are going to have new material on it such as our friends Ballyhoo!, John Brown's Body, The Movement (also produced by our man Chris D!), and Lionize. In the meantime, hit up The Pier and download the Skunk Records/Silverback Sampler '08 featuring new music by Slightly Stoopid, Pepper, The Beautiful Girls, and many more. Also keep hitting up our MySpace page and keep your eye out for new downloadable songs that we'll be changing up on occasion and for those of you who are new or may have missed the announcement about our new album, check out our blog on our MySpace to catch up on the news. ..and here's a special message from 3LF's drummer Kory Kochersperger: "Download our music!
