Creating a folder lwtest results in a "folder"lwytest_$folder$ which is a file

I am new to 3hub, but it is a great tool for working with AWS S3 storage.

I have noticed a number of glitches but the biggest one is the creation of a folder.

If I try to use 3hub to create a folder lwtest it creates a file lwtest_$folder$ which is a file.

A real folder shows with a Kind of "Prefix"

Is this likely to be fixed?

Yeah, I create those files to store settings about folders. In retrospect it wasn't a great design decision (S3Fox way back when did the same thing so it seemed ok).

3hub hasn't actively been worked on in a few years so its unlikely to change in the future. Sorry :)

Out of curiosity: does this means that 3Hub will not be worked on further? I'm a happy camper at the moment, just wanted to know to manage my expectations in case I get into any trouble.

If yes, would you recommend any other client?

Would you be willing to open source the code so it can be forked and improved? It seems like there is no comparable free GUI for S3, and the cloud storage alternative is only getting more popular.
