I am trying to make a SketchUp model of my house to put in Google
Earth. (I haven't actually made it yet, but eventually...)

I found step-by-step instructions for doing this
(http://sketchup.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=36241&topic=9057)
but I got stuck on the part where I have to click the "Get Current
View" button. I don't have this button! In fact, after looking it up
on Google, I found out that I don't have the entire Google Toolbar,
which also includes the Toggle Terrain, Place Model, Share Model, and
Get Models buttons.

Does anyone know how I can get these buttons? I seem to remember
seeing them on the free version I have at home. Surely they're not
left out of the version we have at school... Would I have to install
an update or something?

Mandi,

You need to download and install the Google plugin from this page:

Mandi,

Click view, and the"customize toolbar" is at the bottom. From
there, drag the tools you want into the toolbar.
