This is indicative of an upload error; the binaries are missing on our side.  You'll need to re-upload.

I have a PC and I can't download your model in any of my browsers either. The models before and after both have a download option, so it's specific to this model.

When I click the "download model" button a small empty rectangle appears below it. Also, there's no "View in Google Earth" link below it's listing on the main page.

I'm also using the most recent version. I just made and uploaded a quick test model and everything went fine. The web page immediately gave the option to download the Sketchup file.

I also just noticed that your model doesn't have the 3D view option. Either it's a glitch in the system or your model.

Perfectly good models will fail after upload for many reasons. Sometimes it's an invalid image format, too many points or over sided texture. And sometimes the model just fails.

It's tough to tell if it's the model or the system. I think we'll have to wait for a Google Expert on this one.

I want to second this posting!

I discovered the same thing happening to my models about a week ago.. ( has something been changed in 3D warehouse?)

I use a Mac ( Love my mac!) when I upload a model to the 3D warehouse queue.. the "Download" option under the model does not appear. See screen shot below. Also, the "edit Model" does not work, or even appear, only the "edit details" is there.

This is same in Firefox, Safari and Chrome. I don't use Windows, or have access presently to a pc to check it. I hope to be able to continue using my mac... I hope this is small glitch or bump... not a permanent problem.

Also... I fixed two models that recently failed the weekly review. Usually this is not a problem. I usually just fix it, then re submit. Then the "failed" message disappears in a few hours, and it changes to "awaiting review". This time... the "failed" has remained... no change in state.

I forgot to include a link to the model in question:

wondering if others see the same -- no download option---

???

It is just as you say Beryl, no edit, and nothing to download, and i do not think your is a mac problem, y in the past month i had a few that got stuck in the 3Dwarehouse black hole, but reloading them as  fix the problem.

Thanks for looking at it Julio.

I think Randall is correct though. I have tried ( several times) to re upload.
I originally uploaded this model from the file by using the component method. I made the church a component, then right clicked on it, then chose "share component". I do this when I'm modeling a big chunk of a city. So the building is uploaded as a model, and the terrain layer does not get included in the geo count. It's my favorite method of working.

So I went back and tried to just upload the model the traditional way.. by going to File -->3D warehouse--->Share. Same problem... no download options are available.

My older models, already uploaded before last week are fine. It's just the models I've done in the last week and a half.

I'm going to try one more upload method, which I don't like, because it lacks the editing feature... the direct kmz upload to the warehouse.

OK,
I tried the 3rd method  ( direct upload to the warehouse via the 3D warehouse page) Now the model has the download links. But of course, it's only the kmz files... no SketchUp files.

Seems to be related to uploading through SketchUp on a Mac. Hope someone at Google can look at this. There are a lot of Mac users who will be unhappy if this is a broken feature.

First image: ( upload through SketchUp)

Second Image: Same file uploaded directly from 3D warehouse page ( kmz)

I use PC Lap top Windows 7 and the result is no download option, a
narrow rectangle instead appears.

I am having the same problem as well.
New user, trying to upload a model of a gallery space for our website,
but the model on 3D Warehouse does not have 3D capabilities. At first
it did not have the download option, with the same glitch as stated by
others above. Now, after one day, it is downloadable, but still not
in 3D, just the stock image. The model does not contain the option in
the upper right to switch between Image and 3D, nor does it have the
"Include" button anywhere on the page.
