Problem with geolocation

For some days that I can no longer see the map to adjust the location of the models I've tried everything and nothing worked, if someone can help me would be very grateful.

The version is 8.0.11752. I am very disheartened by this, becauseI have several templates, and I can not get the positioning of them.

You might want to update. I think the latest version is Version 8.0.2314. - Gravitar

When I check in, says I'm using the latest version.

,desinstala sketchup y descargalo e instalalo de nuevo,esto no borrara los archivos del programa,seguro que se soluciona ,sketchup uninstall and download and install it again, this does not delete the program files, sure it solves

8.0.11752 is current (yes, 11752 > 2314).  Can you reach those locations in your IE browser (IE, because we're using the embedded browser on Windows and Mac):

and, presuming you're Brazilian Portugese:

http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/skpaddlocation?hl=pt-BR

Can you see those?

We're finding some issues elsewhere, and we're currently checking on them.  If anyone has details on this issue for them and when this started, please let us know.  Thanks for your help.

This way you said, does not work because I can not import the locations for the program. It seems it started when I upgraded tothe latest version of Pro, and now can not undo it does not havethe old version of the installer.
