Anyone Else having issues scrolling to the bottom of Forum Pages ?

For a few days or even a week, I have had difficulty viewing the bottom post or bottom few lines of the last post in any thread.
Seems like the page/screen wants to "bounce" back up a bit whenever I try to view the last few lines.
It's important that I mention that I am using Firefox 11 but that I have been unable to update my video drivers for a couple years now (long story without a solution other than complete OS reinstall).
Anyone else experiencing the same Thread/Post viewing issues ?

Also noticed. But the bounced-away area is blank space. Using Google Chrome 18 on a Mac.
