Hello hasib

NO.. you will not get paid .. at least not by Google.

However, it is possible to contract with any municipality/city and/or individual businesses or groups of businesses on your own, to work on a commission basis (or the like). But larger areas like entire cities, are often modeled by companies that use some sort of automated process (software plus aerial imagery).
Otherwise, the large majority of modeling in GE is done purely for the enjoyment .. as an art form or craft.

There are some who model for Property Management companies and Real Estate Brokers etc. They get paid for those models.

I hope this helps.

If you have a mind to want to be helpful in a big way, there are a couple of programs that would help you get plugged in and become a part of the whole Geo community.

1. Beta testing Geo programs is one, like Google Earth.

2. Map Maker is another.

3. Qualifying for the 3D Geo Development group is another.

Do some searches on the above terms, and you should be able to find out anything you need to know.

What you want to do, is what I am doing as a business.

So my advise to you in getting involved will move you along the path to do exactly what your attempting to do.

Best of luck in your efforts.

Where are you located Hasib ?
Have you considered speaking directly to Business Owners and/or your Local Municipal Government ?
Maybe your Federal Government has Grants for Arts and Tourism related activities ?

Anyone you think that might benefit from having a model made, can be approached but I do recommend having a detailed "speel" prepared so you sound and look professional.

Happy Modeling.

Hey....you could make a short presentation to village/city counsels or
local businesses and sell them on the idea of "putting them on the
map."
I'm thinking you could provide them with a link to their model so they
could add it to their web sites as additional promo.
