I saw this feature in another CAD program: Negative shapes that permit you to "drill" holes into other shapes. Is this available?

That feature shall facilitate implementing 'a lock and a key' type of designs. Indeed useful.

Yes, this feature has been asked for many times. It's difficult to implement it in a non-confusing manner. But we are working on it and will soon be able to release it. Keep an eye on our announcement channels - blog/twitter/facebook.
