why doesn't http://3dtin.com automatically redirect to http://www.3dtin.com ?

Interestingly I did an nslookup on 3dtin.com versus www.3dtin.com and got different IP's.

This is the first site, that I'm aware of, where the non www. prefix url differs from the regular www url.

I didn't even know it was possible.

You might want to establish 3dtin.com as an alternative way to get to www.3dtin.com , because it's easier to type.

I just tried it again and it still doesn't work for me. I've attached a screenshot of the page that 3dtin.com takes me to.

BTW, I'm using Google's Public DNS name server, although that shouldn't make any difference.

Can someone from the 3dtin.com company try to reproduce these results and confirm/deny ?
