Download issues?

Every time I click download, no matter what format or size I attempt to download it in, it doesn't download. It makes the appearance that it is, but I can't find the file on my laptop. If it helps, I am currently using a MacBook Pro. It is also a modification that I made to a previous model that I do not own.

Which model are you trying to download? Does the request timeout after few minutes?
