Hi all,
 
I've committed a new project for launching Python scripts. It is implemented as a CUI action.

I'm looking for a couple of people to give a try on their system who have 3ds Max 2012 with the service advantage pack installed.

hi there,
dumb question: do I need install python first at my computer? or I just follow instructions in readme.txt?
because I remember blur python need install python first, right now I am using new computer(64bit win7 OS) which is clean, no python installed, yet.

I think it may work without Python installed, and I would be interested in hearing if this is the case. You would however not be able to import most libraries from the Python standard library (other than "sys" and "clr", and maybe a couple of others). So eventually you will probably want Python installed. There is a chance the binaries I supply are insufficient and you will have to install Iron Python (ironpython.net/) anyway which contains the Python standard library modules.
