Coffee / donuts

Is there a plan for coffee and or donuts in the morning? If not, I could try and supply it. 

Does that seem like a good idea?

no current plan I'm aware of for coffee and donuts. Not clear if you're offering to cover cost of morning beverage / food, or just volunteering to coordinate. Out of the $1900 we have, we could probably spend $50 on buying coffee beans to make coffee at Sector if there is equp there for brewing, and buy a couple dozen donuts, but we wanted to reserve most of the money for lunch and supper.

It was an offer to buy them if they didn't get too expensive.  The coffee place I called hasn't called back, so I'll try another one.

Sector has a standard 12 cup pot,  but I wouldn't mind running it all morning full time

I just rented a big coffee maker and dispensers.  It takes a half hour to brew.  Will there be someone there to let me in at 7:30?
