Since this is the first event at Sector67 I've been involved with, I'd like to know what you guys need.

I've dealt with Bucketworks so much, I know they have it down, and I don't worry.

So... are all these things covered?

Bathroom things:
- paper towel
- toilet paper
- plunger

Signage things:
- tape
- markers
- paper
- name tag supplies

Electricity things:
- power strips
- extension cords
- someone who knows the panel

Cleanup things:
- vacuum cleaner
- cleaning supplies
- trash bags
- recycling bins

You may have all this stuff covered. (I hope so!) But I know that in the early years of BarCamp we had to make lists like these.

thanks!

Pete

I'll have to pick up some more name tags, but the rest is covered.  We host large events often so we should be in good shape.

Good to know!

Do you think there are any specific challenges to this event... besides the possible need for a *lot* of electrical outlets? ;)

fyi for people in this Ggroup, the sponsorships I'm aware of at this point are $250 from Aric at UIUC for whatever is needed, $250 from DHMN for whatever is needed and some from Pete / 2XL. Nathan P / Radiant was going to cover part of the tent cost, but is not going to be able to do that now.

If anyone knows of other sponsor commitments, please share that info.

We have a spreadsheet going to keep a total, right now with DHMN, UIUC
and Ben Heck, we are at $600 and from the sounds of it Milwaukee
Makerspace was going to try to come up with some sort of donation.

Actually the 2XL Networks money from me went to the DHMN fund...

Milwaukee Makerspace wants to donate... what is the best way to do that? Is it PayPal?

Pay Pal is probably the easiest. Otherwise you can send a check to Chris M for Sector67 and Pay Pal won't deduct their percentage.
