Purchase Reimbursements - Ask First

If you have things you're expecting reimbursement for (purchasing for the event) make sure you let me know before you buy things.  Sector67 owns many things and I don't want to spend money on paper plates or something dumb when I have a giant pile of them.  We haven't had any issues yet (that I'm aware of) but let me know what you think we need/don't have before it's purchased so I can confirm that we actually need to buy them.
