Toolchange remote direct drive + coupling lock

Some folks have implemented toolchanger coupling locks with push/pull cables (literal Bowden cables). There's also flex shaft remote direct drive extruders like the Flex3Drive and Zesty Nimble. I wonder if you could use one cable for both? Push cable to engage toolchanger coupling lock, turn cable to drive the extruder.
