[FYI] Irrlicht.NETCP on Irrlicht 1.6

Hi,

I've started a new repository to rebase the Irrlicht.NETCP used in 3Di Viewer "Rei" to be on top of Irrlicht 1.6. The project now compiles and can be used with minor changes to the viewer, so I pushed it to github. It's too early to make the move completely to this new library, but hopefully we can jump in the near future. 

I intend to now slowly add missing features to Irrlicht.NETCP so it can catch up to Irrlicht core.
