[FYI] Rei binary installer downloads

Hi Everyone,

I've uploaded binary installers to http://github.com/3di/3di-viewer-rei/downloads for IE and Firefox, so you can test the latest browser viewer without downloading and compiling the source codes.

nlin, could you add links to the installers on 3di-rei.org home page sometime next week?
