input data problem

Hi there,

I'm stumbling at the first block!

I was doing a test-run using a very simple set-up - two sample types, three biological reps v two, i've selected the correct headings for step 2, clicked the button but then nothing happens, except that when I try to go to step 3, it tells me to select factor levels in step 2 (which i'd already done).

I've played around with it (different headings in my metafile, additional column for srep)

Any pointers, much appreciated.

Hi Anna,

From your screenshot, it seems that the quantification file column labels are not correct. If you used Salmon command line for transcript quantification, the quant file name column should be the names of the folders that contain the "quant.sf" objects.
