Hi.

Since releasing “3D” a couple of weeks ago, a large number of people are accessing it. This is great but is causing issues with the web-link.

Please:

1. When you have run your data, please close the web page (some sessions have been sitting open in the background for days).

2. If you have problems and a modicum of R, you can install and use 3D RNA-seq on your own computer from: https://github.com/wyguo/ThreeDRNAseq
