Hello! I am using the 3D RNA-seq APP for the first time. When performing 3D analysis-Difference of pair-wise group difference, this mean that compare the difference of two L2Foldchanges of pair-wise conditions. However, how should we understand the results of this type of difference analysis and what is the biological significance of this type of analysis for time series transcriptomes?
