Hi all,
I'm Marc Petit. I work in EDF a large french utility company. Coming from the software and information system part and being now involved in 3D, one of my roles there is working on the integration of 3D in the information system.
With the arrival of WebGL, I've been toying with a proof of concept of an asset management tool. It allows me to test solutions and see (and be able to show) the interest and limits of some architectures. As it seemed obvious from the beginning that a solution based only on WebGL wouldn't get me far, I've implemented some basic (RESTful ;-) 3D services. So when I heard of Arnaud's idea, it clearly was of much interest to me.
