Hey guys,
Andy and Whitney say in their Stream people should come and ask quesions so here iam.
(Good stream, listening to it every day :D)

I recieved my Ender 5 about 2 Month ago and i am printing almost none stop every day.
Printed a few Upgrades like:
 - Strain relief for the Hotbed
 - LED Cover
 - Bed Supports

Calibrated E Steps, xyz Steps.

Using the Creality Glass Bed.

PLA Prints flawless if the Bed is lvled correct. (Atleast i think so :D)
(Still have to secure the screws from the bed with some locktide and nyloc nuts since i have to relvl every week.)

Atm iam building an Enclosure out of an double glassed window and plywood.

Now to my Question:
What upgrades do i have to buy to Print TPU with Shore A95 and Nylon 910 with my Ender 5 Plus and can the electronics stay in the enclosure or should i relocate them.

Thanks for any help and advice i rly appreciate it.

the Ender 5 is a CoreXY and it uses a Bowden extruder... As such there's no reason why you could not go with a dual hobbed gear direct drive approach such as a Bondtech or a Bondtech/BMG knockoff. Knockoffs can be hit or miss though and actual Bondtech's are relatively expensive. You'll also want a new hotend such as a V6 or a V6 knockoff, just be sure it does not have a Teflon liner going into the nozzle otherwise it will be effected by the increased temps for Nylon.
IMO your best bet is to go to a forum (probably on Facebook) that's focused on the Ender 5 and look at the upgrades others have done and decide from there.
I found a V6/Orbit upgrade there. I also recall seeing a Hemera upgrade (though it's a bit pricey).

Note that the manufacturer print settings for nylon say 280 to 300c for the nozzle. I know you're going to be replacing the hot end, but you should definitely keep that in mind. I know the published limit of the E5P is 260.. I don't know if that's a limit of the power supply or of the knock off E3D print head.

280-300C?
What manufacturer states that? No way!
Taulman 910 is 250C.
