So - for those folks who are new to 3D Printing (like my
Doppelgänger) - or Relatively new to this forum (like my good friend Sophie) - you may have missed me posting some years ago about a really BIG Museum exhibition centered around 3D Printing. It was like 4 or 5 floors of work - and it was WILD! I think the museum in NYC was call MAD - Museum of Art & Design - exhibition was in 2014.
There is one 3DP thing that was featured in the exhibition - and for me - it was SO COOL to see one of the 3D Printed parts IN PERSON! Why? Cause, previously - when I was teaching 3D CG at Fashion Inst. of Tech. in NYC - I would show my students this INSANELY Wild Video - of a Dude - who literally DRAGGED a Massive 3D Printing Contraption into the Desert.
