Having fun with using the coloring capability in PS and my XL 5. All are can holders from the same maker; https://www.thingiverse.com/ArsMoriendi3D
This took a day and a half...

Each of these took about 8 hours. The middle one is PETG.

The Maker sells a whole variety of these can holders. Brilliant work. I’ll be guying a number of the designs.

Andy - I love all these mugs - they are SO COLORFUL - and a COOL Fun design to hold your Beer can.

A number of times I have pondered doing something similar. But, my idea was - what if one could print it out of TPU - which means it's flexible and could fit slightly different beer can sizes. Then, at one point - I was thinking - what if one could design it so that it had kinda like small pockets or Tubing - that could contain water. Then, the idea is - put the water in - put in your Freezer - it freezes up - and now it could keep cold drinks colder longer. Only problem is - when it melts - some folks may have a problem if it tips over (with beer can removed) - and now the water spills out.

Anyway - it's just a thought...

Now that I am done moving - it's time to get back to 3D Printing. Halloween is almost over - and the project I was trying to do for Halloween - it's almost TOO Late now...

But, I'm still going to give it a shot - and will post back here (in another thread - of course).

Actually.. to me they’re kinda gaudy. I just ordered some new PLA and will attempt to print them with the most realistic coloring I can by blending black and brown on the wood parts and using a more shiney silver and copper for the metal bands.
The best part of these designs is actually their function. It really feels like you’re drinking from a large Viking cup.
I should have no trouble giving these things away.

Hey it’s not too late to print for Halloween. All you have to do is go to this website called Thingiverse.

Gaudy is the part that I like.

Very funny re: TV reference. But, my plan was to make something I could print - and then post as a project to TV. Problem is - I spent a good bit of time trying to produce this model yesterday - but, at the point of doing the final Boolean operations to complete the part - it was just having epic fails. Ugh...

Been a while since I posted a project to TV - and, that was partially my target for this project I was working on - as well as being able to post the project here.
