Hey Andy - I'd love to see pics of Whitney's Project!!

As for "Proportional Editing in Blender' - based upon what Whitney describes - I've been using a similar modeling functionality in 3DS Max - going back many MANY Years!!

Crazy news about Desktop Metal. I know you mentioned in the podcast news item that someone in the forum here worked at EnvisionTec - I suspect that was ME you were talking about. Kinda seems you were trying to be relatively secretive in that mention...
