Dodgy Print

I printed the attached screenshot today, brand new 0.2mm nozzle, have used the PETG roll before with no issues, and it printed spongey and it broke along a print line any ideas why that would happen?

Sounds like the filament is not flowing consistently though your extruder.
All defaults and setups for hobby machines is a .4mm nozzle and a .2mm layer height.
A .2mm nozzle is getting small. Everything would need to slow way down or the stuff won't flow through it  fast enough. You also will have to go a bit hotter then the usual 235C for PETG. Don't go too hot though or the stuff starts to bubble. I'd go 240.
Also...
Your layer height is kinda small. It could easily cause a clog especially with PETG and its goobers.

Thanks for that, I tweaked the temperature a bit and it worked just fine cheers :-)
