Octoprint multi color plugin fails

Does anyone know why the Octoprint multi color plugin fails for Octoprint v1.7?

I restarted the sever (once in Octoprint & once manually), tried to add the change filament at line 23 of 25.

The plugin is suppose to inject the change filament code at the beginning of the line you specify.

The error I get is:

Injecting GCODE failed. Replaced 0 out of 1 needed.
