Kurt,

PGP uses pulic key/private key encryption.

I didn.t see a reference to it, why do you ask?

Mark - it was an attachment to what Jody posted. He actually responded directly back to me via DM with an answer to my question. And, FYI - it's something he just recently implemented in email/posting footers.
