The looking at the Snapmaker U1, it is a pretty cool Toolchanger
Promoting the benefits of less waste plastic from Tool Changing, despite showing absolutely mammoth prime towers.
After the last several years thought we had moved on from this sillyness of boring purge/prime towers, and use the feature in slices to purge/prime to an object.
Thereby the prime/purge object could be a toy like a Common Interconnecting Toy Brick, or a Marble Run. Something that can be given away and the colours don't matter

Backed. I think we'll see a glut of current gen non-toolchanger multi-filament printers on Facebook Marketplace in the near future.
With the filament savings alone, the U1 will pay for itself for production print farms.
