Roll or Spool ?

Folks,

I always have called it a “spool” of Fillament.  Recently I have noticed that more and more posts on facebook use the word “Roll”.    Here are some life and death questions :-) 

1) Do you prefer Spool or Roll ?

2) Do you think this is a recent new word ?

3) Do you think this is caused by a particular or a set of vendors ?

4) Is this regional like “Soda” vs “Pop” vs “SodaPop” / or like “Shopping cart” vs “Shopping wagon” ?

5) Is this the 3rd most important issue of our times ?

Oh here’s another one,   Is a spool 1kg and a roll 2.2lbs by default ?

I'll plly.

1) Spool....I sounds more technical

2) It has to be a part of the dumbing down of society by the new world order   ;0) 

3)) It's foreign entities for sure.....consciously dividing us. 

4) world wide for sure...like Covid.

5) it's just the tip of the iceberg   

metric first....Freedom units are an inefficient reminder of the past.
