Hi
I'm using fusion 360 since a couple of years, and i am quite happy with it. However, I have now a couple of projects that I would like to sell. I dont want to go a subscription based CAD software ( i like to own my tools), I'd rather pay a fixed amount.
What prayed CAD software is out there that is reasonable easy to learn and has good community support?

Good question. All the “good” stuff has moved to subscription based licensing. Which makes sense given the size and scope of good cad. I’ve tried what’s out there that is bought and installed locally and in my experience they are all a waste of time and money. Functionally they’re usually quite limited, not that well supported and very very buggy.

If you are selling stuff, might as well pay for the software you use to make it. People paying for software is what makes continual software development and improvement happen.  I'm on an early adopter license from like 10 years ago. As long as I don't miss a year I get to keep the original pricing each year. I think it is $300.   I think the online subscription model is to try to curb the rampant pirating of software. When they can centrally control access it makes it hard to use the software without a license.

There are a few noteworthy options, FreeCad, OnShape etc. but none of these work for me as well as Fusion does. I do also use Blender a lot, but not for the same type of files I will create with Fusion, so I don't recommend that as a replacement. There is another new program which is now released called Plasticity. This is a mix between Blender and a Cad software package which works for me, but you would need to try it to see if it will do what you want. It is still subscription based, but every decent App is going, or has gone, this way so I think that's not likely to change.

Are you using the Hobbyist version of F360 that is free?

If not, the annual price for F360 - I think is around $400 -- and that price can NOT BE BEAT! If you already know the SW - why switch now? And, I believe Autodesk has some price structure - so that if you make like that a few bucks a year using it (like $1K - or maybe its like $10K) - you can still use it for a cheaper price.

I could be WRONG - but, Andy would know much better.
