Yeah - that's Right! Although - the poor girl is SO STRESSED out Trying to get her PS XL Printing correctly - that she ended up messing up her hair - nearly pulling it out - with the printing problems!

So - yeah - check it out:

Got me :-)

Lots of what I do is for the Granddaughters.   This went right into their Barbie house.  They put it in the dollhouse bedroom. They are too young to understand that that is not the best place for VOCs (huh other-kurt?).     This is an example of what I call from my model railroad days “kitbashing”.   Someone else designs a model and I modify it or add parts from another model to it.   I feel that this version of the XL blows away the origional by Holt? But I wouldnt have done it without his.

PS: Kurt-1 I think you are being unfair about Barbies looks - we dont all do our hair in order to 3d print, she had a fun night out on the town and her benchy printed while she was out.

PS: Printing the 1/6 benchy was harder than printing the printer.

Hey!

Your comment about Barbie having a Wild night out on the town - now THAT was FUNNY - and you Truly outdid my joke!

Now - in regards to your Tiny Benchy - maybe it's time for you to GO Down a New Rabbit Hole!!!

There have been discussions, here in the forum - about printing really small stuff. And, maybe you should go find that thread. I'd LOVE to see you reprint that small benchy - BUT - produce a much higher quality print.

Now, myself - I have NOT really done much in the way of small 3D Prints. Since, as most know - I like to go BIG in regards to 3D Printing - and NOT go Small. That being said - I have done prints where smaller details mattered. The problem with your print - there is NOT enough time between layers for cooling. My suggestion - print like THREE of the benchies - and I think that alone may help you out.

Might as well get some experience under your belt for printing of small things - considering your work within the Wonderful World of Barbies!!!

How about a tiny pile of skulls next to a regular sized Benchy

Wow Bryan - the skull pile is COOL - and nicely done small details. But, alas - I think Barbie might find it a tad creepy - as might the granddaughters of my Doppelgänger ...
