Sure - it's kind of a Crappy thing to talk about - and I hope I don't Piss anyone OFF by Doing this!!!

Here's the deal...

There's a weird problem at work - with a bathroom stall. The panels around the stall are Garbage - so that they do NOT Join together properly - and have MASSIVE Gaps between them. This prototype is going to be a Fix for the problem - the initial test pieces in place - pointed to by the Arrow:

People were doing weird things with hanging toilet paper down over the Gaps - so they get their privacy. And, for a While now - I was thinking of a Fix for the problem. And, now that I have yet ANOTHER Printer - I thought it would be FUN to do a Fix for the problem. So - this morning I scrambled to design Interlocking Stacking parts. I printed 2 test sets of parts - the 1st set - was just TOO Thin! Didn't realize it would be so thin until I printed it. This is those initial 2 sets of parts:

So - I tweaked the design - to thicken it up. Grabbed up the pieces - they still interlocked vertically - so I ran to my car and Zoomed to work (only 6 min. away) and got there quickly since they were about to close up in like 15 min after I got there. I did a Test - and they worked. They basically fit. A top down shot of it in place:

I began to print a whole Set of them - in 3 different colors - and will install them tomorrow at the end of the day! I grabbed up 2 old spools of PETG (green & red - with SMALL amounts of filament remaining) & also using the 3D-Fuel Re-Fuel Yellowish PCTG. Here is a bunch of the parts stacked up and connected together:

And - yeah - all printing is on my Elegoo - I was cranking out a Massive set of 9 pairs - as seen here:

YUP - it's been a rather BUSY & Productive weekend doing 3D Design AND 3D Printing!!!

I implemented a TON of the parts for this little project - as you can see here:

And, yes indeed - the co. name is actually Pako - the letters above are actually very close to the actual font used here at the co.! Here's a Close-up of the letters:

That was just a Fun usage of my TC for doing multi-color!
