This was new to me today, seems like it's been talked up for a couple months. 

It's one of those approaches that mixes the colorant into the resin at the target location.

Seems pretty similar to the Mimaki printers we've used before to do full color prints. Those are a quarter million+, but they also have a much larger build area.

Save your money. These systems require large amounts of cleanup, maintenance, and proprietary equipment that you will need to factor.in before purchasing. The resin is messy,  does outgas after curing, is a brittle thermoset and does cause sensitization issues. 

I would recommend against  spending $7K on a startup system that uses this technology. Another likely acenario is that the MFR. vanishes after the hype cycle ends for whatever reason, you will have a machine with no parts, no support.

There are other variables to consider. Definitely not trying to be negative here- but this is very messy process, costly system with many moving moving parts.
