Full color printing Hey Gears G1 launches soon.

I've done some full color resin printing on Mimaki printers, and it's really incredible.

Hey Gears is about to launch their G1 on kickstarter, with the top of the line model supporting full 8 color (6 color plus support and transparent with an Epson print head) UV printing. It will have a print area of 420x330 (A3 size) by 150mm height, and will cost about $5K.

To put that in perspective, the Mimaki UJF-3042 has the same print size (but 153mm height) and costs $18.5K. 

Hopefully this starts the floodgates with ever less expensive UV resin inkjets.
