Sorry if name is spelled wrong - it was mentioned in Video - but, I didn't see the spelling anywhere. A friend of mine just shared this with me - I thought folks here might find it FUN!

The chocolate cores cost $50!
Seems to me a better way would be to include a core mold to allow the user to make their own cores. This would let the user formulate their own chocolate flavorings as well as the texture/shape of the object.

Actually its for 10 cores... so it's $5 a piece. But, my cohost had something to say about the "chocolate" cores... i.e., they do not actually rate as chocolate... at least not in the EU or UK.
Also, note that the only printer they are actually selling right now is the $4500 "Pro" version and when the kit version comes out its a full kit... as in a box of small parts.

The Culinary Arts program at Kennebec Valley Community College in Maine has two Cocoa Press printers. They work well and produce nice results, some of which you can see here

I would add that the Cocoa Press chocolate tastes quite good. Other Cocoa Press owners have made their own chocolate cores, with some success.
