Wonder how a cold pull will work with this?

Has there been much demonstrated successful usage of these things? I would wonder if they have a lot more flow resistance, and also if they introduce air passages, something you may or may not want.

I think Slice Eng had a special Nozzle - something like this. When I was at Essentium - I was testing out Slice Stuff on the HSE machines. But, have NOT Followed Slice since then...

My V400 uses E3D Volcano CHT nozzles with 3 chambers. This isn’t a new idea, it’s just increasing the heating surface of the nozzle. 

As for a cold pull, use nylon. Heat and pull, you’ll get 3 strings (or looks like 6 for this thing).

So you have replaced hot ends on your flsun 400. Did it crap out or just an upgrade? Now I see why it prints tpu good.

No it still has the original nozzle, I just bought spares for it when I first got it. That's the stock nozzle they use.

Bryan - you still use the v400? Mine sitting idle in the garage unfortunately.

I have the Microswiss CM2 on it. Its great. I love the machine I just really struggle with first layer adhesion and build plate adjustment. Threatened to do a vanilla Klipper mod on it. But other printers came along.

The last project I used it on were some TPU gaskets for my HiAce van ladder racks, which I believe I posted here.

I did notice a kind of slope on the build pate in the klipper mesh preview, and I put some kapton tape down to level it out. Don't have any issues with stuff sticking, but then I do use DimaFix or Magigoo and the reverse smooth side of the plate.

Haven't tried TPU on the H2C yet, should be easy now with the firmware updates they put out. We print TPU on the H2D's at work all the time. Made a splitter to feed it into the back so we don't have to unhook the AMS units. It's a shame TPU seems to be an afterthought with them.
