F360 rant

[3D Printing Tips and Tricks]

I’m designing away having a real fun experience and go to extrude and all looks really good… then I notice instead of one cohesive body Fusion360 makes three! WTF!

I edit my sketch and look to each design element that this boneheaded SW made into separate objects and all looks perfectly fine… that is until I zoom ALL the way down and I see that lines that the snap told me were spot on weren’t.

No matter what I tried to do if I drew the rectangle using the rectangle tool, the lines will not snap on to each other. I had to draw separate lines real careful to get the rectangles which then allowed the extrude tool to do a Join.

Grrrrrrr. They need to fire their SW quality dweeb.
