3D Chameleon on K1Max: timing problem

I'm trying to get 3DC running on my K1 Max. The result isn't bad, only problems with T3, but don't know why, maybe mechanically.

What I'm having is a timing problem.

All 4 tubes having the same lengths, but I have to set separate times for unloading filaments, up to 5secs difference. I thought the 3DC extruder is slipping, but loading filament works fine and moving by hand you can feel the resistance.

Could the controller board be the problem or any other ideas?
