This is the Star Box...
Printed on the ridiculously inexpensive Tenlog TL-D3 using White and blue PLA using the Paint-on color capability is Prusaslicer. DANG!

Impressive!
I don't suppose you took any video of the little stars being printed. I bet it's fascinating.

Curious how the purge block looks like or is it just purge strings into a bucket?

Curious,

Was the Tenlog printing quality right out of the box?

Did it come with clipper settings installed?

I got lucky on my E3v2 and qot great quality at the start.

After klipper, and losing my pi, it all gone to $#&^*.

Just ordered a cheap smartphone to use in place of my pi.

No purge block! No ooze shields!
10mm strings that fall off to the side.

The bottom took 5 hours the top 6.

I had to tune it to get priming working optimally with the least waste of plastic and time. All the pre made profiles were made by folks who must have zero experience with toolchanging and prime/wipe. See my tool change g code thread.

Klipper settings are not universal. You’ll see klipper support for the Voron and the skr mini controller and a couple others. Beyond that you are kinda out there on your own. I’ve read many a “I bricked it” post. Your best bet with Klipper is use a controller board that’s known to work well with it and an external processor that’s also well known like the Rpi.
But if you think you’ll get speed enhancement with Klipper on a Mendel, you’re barkin up the wrong tree.

It still like watching grass grow! And the large boxes the extruders have to hold the fans makes it tricky to see the actual hotend while it’s printing.

That's an amazing result, very well done!
I'm curious about what kind of profile you have made. Is it possible to share the PS profile file? I never went that deep with my Tenlogs to achieve that.

I already posted the toolchange script. I’m about to redesign the prime wipe boxes that the extruders park within. I’ll post that when done. They are totally wrong out of the box. That’s THE thing about cheap Chinese 3d printers… they are really not fully baked. You want fully baked? Then buy a Flashforge and stay within its parameters.
